I went for a pedicure and it turned out perfect. The service didn't seem rushed at all. Everything was disinfected and properly used. The inside decor is very nice. My nail tech was friendly and even offered suggestions on what I can do at home to keep my feet soft and healthy. I also like that it wasn't crowded and only had two customers the entire time I was there. (Due to COVID)

Up until last year in January/February, I was going to various nail salons to find one that I liked. A co-worker goes to this salon and recommended that I give it a try, she specifically recommended Mai. The thought in my head was... all the way in Mount Pleasant... they are going to have to be great to be worth that drive. I am forever grateful I heeded her advice. Mai does an amazing job at all manicures, but SNS is what I have always gotten. She is so friendly to EVERYONE! I am still getting to know the other nail techs who do pedicures, but Bill, Kennedy, and Mike have been super nice, take time to make you feel welcome, make your feet and legs feel great, and toenails look fabulous.
Thank you all! The only thing that would keep me from driving across the city to come here would be moving to another city.

Place was real quiet and the tech's were super nice. Took my girls and I for pedicures and eye brow waxing. Environment was clean. Almost like a hidden gem. Just wish they would have rubbed my feet and not just my legs other than that we will definitely go back

New owners are not as friendly or meticulously clean as before. Some of the new staff does not seem to be trained properly or care as much as before. Really miss Mai, she was amazing!

I have been going here for quite a while now and I absolutely love it. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Mai is the best hands down!!!!! Definitely go see them
