I was rushed out of the chair by the tech because someone was waiting it literally took less than 10 minutes - the tech was rude, and a lot of the staff are rude - I got a fill in and was supposed to get a pedicure too but since they did the fill in first there were no chairs or techs available when I was done. I have had several people go with me my last 2 visits, because I love the way my nails look, but this is the last time I bring a new customer. I’m so disappointed in the treatment I received this morning. Also we arrived at 950 and most of the pedi chairs were already full and the opening time says 10 am?

I will honestly never go back here ever.
My nails are completely uneven. I have spent months shaping my natural nails for gel polish. The work is sloppy at best. He used a Dremel to remove my Gel Polish (VERY BAD for natural nails) He used the wrong grit of nail file on my nails. The polish is not even and it’s a complete mess. My toe nails look like the color of pee. I asked for a Mint CBD pedi and received Mango.
Honestly my nails are so bad I will be redoing them myself. I went here to treat myself and feel like I should not have to have paid for what I received.
