I went to a place a couple weeks ago with my 3 year that was so rude and tried to force her to get gel nails and then acted like she was a problem. I came here with her because I’ve been here before by myself and they were very nice. They were so nice kept my daughter occupied during my whole entire pedicure and were very accommodating. Customer service goes along way and I found them to be the best, not to mention my toes look great :)

I loved this place a year ago but it has been going down hill ever since. I went in there today and when I stepped in they were like "what do you want" and I was like really no Hi how are you today. Everyone else that came in they said "Hey How are you what would you like". Looks like they just lost a customer. I wouldn't be giving them my money ever again.

Worst place ever!!!Cant believe I cut off my real nails for this kind of treatment.
First they charged me extra for EVERYTHING including $5 extra for the shape. Then my thumb nail was completely crooked, I asked her to redo it and she threw a fit.Got to the filing and she messed up big time, made my nails extremely pointy...said she had done that shape on someone else and they liked it-told her that’s fine, wasn’t me and I don’t like them. Even showed her a picture in the beginning and she said “ok, I can do”. Once I pulled out the picture again (which was a simple coffin) she said it looks just like the picture. Uh not at all. Every employee in the store refused to fix them. She then said “I will cut them off and you leave”, she cut them so short I yelled out in pain at one point. Worst customer service ever. Apparently her sister Sarah is the owner too.

I just had The best experience! I have been really stressed at work and just been in a low place. Needed some time to just let go and after my tanning session I thought I would give them a try. The place is very comfortable and clean, well organized and well lit. I had chosen the OPI pedicure in hopes to de-stress. I could tell Ai was great at what she did right away and cared about what she was doing. I have never been a repeat nail customer but this was such a great experience. I will definitely be back to see Ai!

Worst manicure of my life. Ragged cuticles, crooked misshapen nails. “Cash preferred” is suspect too.
