I come here faithful for the past 3 years because Nick is the best nail tech I’ve ever had. He’s kind, gentle and does an amazing job with every set I have.

I loved the care Meisha took with me. I asked alot of questions and she broke everything down and answered them all!!! And my pedicure came out beautifully.

I love the place, the employees are nice, it's clean , spacious, and from what I've noticed very organized especially when it comes to appointments. So I give it a 5 star for that however when it comes to my nails I'm very particular, and take pride in my nails. I give multiple chances cuz things happen but after 3 or more try's and the same issue occurs I move around. I spend $110+ on my nails and feet plus a tip($10-20). I have yet to actually been able to get a fill in because my nails pop off within 2-3 days as if I have on press on from the beauty supply. that's a problem for me. I came here off a recommendation because my previous nail tech passed away. As I stated I love the place, the prices etc. but I'm definitely going to have to try a new nail tech within the salon because as stated I actually love the place and location.

I came to this Nail Salon on a Saturday at 12:15 pm to take my mom for her gel manicure. While there I decided to get a pedicure. If I could give 0 stars I would but that is not an option.
They assigned me to a NEW young lady who has NEVER done a regular pedicure before but knows how to do a gel pedicure!!?? Poor management or owner or front receptionist decision. My customer experience was AWEFUL
Problems:
1. She cut my cuticles before pushing them back but proceeds to push them back creating more to have to cut them again but leaving residue
2. The polish was old and clumpy but she continues to try to polish me instead of recommending a different one. Needless to say she did 8 toes and I had to ask her “as a nail technician does this look ok to you? She said no. I said do why continue? Take it off” and I got another polish that was good.
3. She polished my toes without putting my slippers in first. Then when done asks the girl next to her how do I get the slippers on? She told her AFTER the fact you put them on b4 you polish.
4. After she was done, slippers on, fully polished and about to get up, she asks you do you want lotion? I said you put that on before you polish. I told her I am just ready to go.
Would I recommend this salon? N.O. Especially not a pedicure
Would I go back? Absolutely NOT!!

I was really disappointed with the service.
The tech mangled my cuticles and did a subpar job all around. When I would tell her, the correction was worse than the mistake —so I resolved to just let her finish and leave.
I told the owner/manager how disappointed I was. He said I could come and have them redone. I declined. Two days later all the gel began to pop off my feet (the entire polish on the nail). I called back, a bad polish job is one thing, gels coming off in two days is another.
He said I could return but MUST go to the same tech. That, of course, would make any client uncomfortable. I declined and will not return.
I gave 2 stars because there was an attempt to resolve the matter.
