I love this place — quiet, clean and the technicians are quite good. They’ve started taking appointments and require pre-payment; which is fine. More often than not, the technician is not there and the salon is not open on time. I’ve left messages for the owner but have yet to hear from her. The management needs to be improved drastically.

I sat down for a manicure at 11:40 am. When my manicurist began cutting my nails, it was immediately apparent that she was not experienced, and it actually seemed like she had never cut nails before. Her hesitation and unfamiliarity continued through her filing of my nails (which included me confirming that "square" means straight across and not rounded). When she began pushing back my cuticles, I told her she was hurting me. She argued with me that she wasn't "even pushing down that hard." I explained it wasn't the pressure, it was how far back she was pushing my cuticle. Now a few days later, my cuticles are swollen, cut, and in pain. She did a fine job painting my nails, but somehow this salon, which charges $20 for a manicure, does not carry quick-dry. This wouldn't have been such a problem if my manicure didn't take 45 minutes to complete - I didn't walk out of the salon until almost 12:30pm. Not only do they advertise that it only takes 25 minutes, but I was running late to an event. This was quite possibly the worst and most expensive manicure experience I've ever had.

Nice nail salon. Staff was not overly friendly. Excellent pedicure, calm atmosphere, very clean.

One of my favorite nail salon venues. I wish they had TV's though.
