DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! Sooo disappointed! Literally at the mail, just passing by and decided to stop by for the first time. TERRIBLE MISTAKE. They are unprofessional and rude. DO NOT HAVE THAT MAN STEVEN DO YOUR NAILS. I asked him to soak off my nails, he said it would take long and he would gently pull off my current acrylic nails. DID THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE. When I voiced that it hurt, he gave me an attitude. LIKE EXCUSE ME! Where are your customer service skills?!!????!!!!?! Honestly, heard other bad stories about how they treat their customers but just decided to give them a try since I was in the area. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY!!!!! Give it to people that will respect you when you walk through their doors. Reported it to the manager Victoria at the time, she seems fake concerned but also apologized like this was not the first incident. The fact that I’m sitting to write this means business. So upset at the service I received.

I went to Simply get my eyebrows done. The stations are at the front of the spa. You can also see through the transparent glass how threading is done. I get my eyebrows threaded and when I'm finished she put aloe Vera on my freshly threaded eyebrows to soothe the skin.

I typically go to Mia because she’s my girl, she always knows what color looks best on me and knows I have sensitive cuticles. She wasn’t in when I went in so I decided to try someone else. Michael was rough, kept pulling on my hands so it would pull on my arms, and then he made 2 of my nails slanted on an angle. I DO NOT recommend him. Mia or Kim all the way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mia or Kim, they’re gentle and always tell you which color they recommend if you’re stuck.

When I walked in I went to just look at the prices... the girl at the front asked if I was going to get acrylic or not but she said it rudely. I said yes and a man took me to his station. he brought the gel color over and I chose my color he shaped it fine, his technique was fine... but when he was finished I saw that all buy nails were different lengths. overall the service was good and fast but the workers talk to each other across the whole shop. Acrylic: $35 Acrylic w/ Gel:$45

This place is horrible, the quality of their work is poor, the products they use are cheap. I had a UV gel fill-in and the gel lifted off my nails in 5 days. For such an expensive place they should use quality products. Don't waste your time or money going there.
