Called for an appointment, after three calls a Sharon was going to call me back and never heard from her. Unfortunate, I wanted to go to their salon. Maybe I’ll have better luck next time.

The worst was no mask on stylist, receptionist, etc..
Waited 40 minutes outside after scheduled appointment time then left.
I said I'd be happy to reschedule, but was told twice just a few more minutes.
Very disappointing they didn't even apologize.

The 30 Avenue location has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I emailed them to discuss my visit at the salon, which was not a good one, and included pictures of my hair which looked like a hot mess. I don’t like to discredit stylists and was as respectful as possible. They replied justifying the entire experience — and even accused me of sending them false photos. I shouldn’t have to send a time stamp of the photo taken almost immediately after leaving the salon (though I did) to receive an apology for the experience. I’m not even interested in getting my money back at this point, and I’m SO disappointed with how they handled the entire situation. I will say that the receptionist is so sweet, and the salon itself is beautiful. Would not recommend them and will not be back.

I had a very solidly okay experience here. Everyone was nice and masked. My haircut was pretty good. They carry Moroccan oil products which is nice.

I was in for full set of lashes by Cameron! I am beyond pleased she did an amazing job! I’ve been getting lashes about 2 years now but this was my first time at Rolland’s. Highly recommend Cameron!
