I agree... the staff is good, but the owner? I don't know why someone would open a business in a country, where they don't like the people that have been here for generations. They don't know the products they sell and I still got attitude after buying 2. They should put a sign on the door "Foreigners Only".

I’ve been coming to this store for about 6 months now and always had a pleasant experience. 2 weeks ago I bought hair that happened to be a bad batch. I came in the store hoping that they would give me a store credit for the next time I purchased hair. The owner stated that I had to take the hair out of my head (that was just put in two weeks ago and cost $165) and they would send it to the company that made the hair. I stated that I would be out of $120 that I paid for the hair and $165 that I just spent to get it done two weeks ago and they had no other options for me. I’m extremely unsatisfied and will be making a complaint to the better business bureau. I wasn’t asking for me money back, just a credit. I bought the hair from this store and expected a different outcome. If they want to be known for selling bad batches and coming up with an option that puts their customers in a situation to lose more money I won’t shop here any more and will advise my friends and coworkers not to either. I wouldn’t want anyone to experience what i have today.
This company asked me to return the hair... THAT IS CURRENTLY ON MY HEAD. so they would like me to take my hair out that I paid to get done after I offered to bring in the extra hair from the pack. The demand for me to take the hair that is sewn in and styled out is ridiculous. I provided them with proof that I paid for the product AND showed them the hair that was falling out every time I combed through. I provided proof of purchase and proof of the bad product and offered to bring a piece in that was not connected to my head and they stated that i could not bring in the extra i had to take it out and bring them the one on my head. To ask a customer to take the sewn in product out that they paid for is absurd. I purchased the hair 2 weeks ago on 5/25 which was 15 days ago and recently had trouble with shedding. The hair shouldn’t shed after 15 days.

The staff is awesome ! Especially Danielle who has worked there for years ! The owners are annoying ! They watch your every move especially if your (of course)African American ! Or if you have kids ! They talk to your kids as if they belong to them. When viewing products especially wigs they don’t even give you space where you feel comfortable browsing . I love coming here due to the amount of products I find and of course the staff but the owners especially the woman it’s a bit too much ! While shopping I don’t need someone breathing down my back !
