I will not be returning to Nail Plaza. I have gone here for a few years, but after yesterday’s experience I will no longer go. The owner was not there and the young women who did my pedicure RUSHED so much, she was hurting me and I had to tell her to slow down. Looking at my feet after the pedicure, I’ve definitely had better. The women who did my manicure, she had her headphones in and her phone next to her watching a video while doing my nails. As she was doing my nails she kept filing my skin along with my nails. I had to ask her to stop. This place is going down hill and it was not worth $35.00. There’s a place in Kenilworth on the blvd I hear good things about, I’m going there from now on. My friends are too, they have the same feelings about Nail Plaza. Such a disappointment.

Love it here - always get a beautiful manicure and watch the movie - its clean bright and relaxing

This place deserves no stars. I had an old gel manicure and went in for just a regular nail polish gel manicure. They charged me an extra $5 to take off my old gel manicure. RIP OFF!! These people are incredibly rude, they rush you, and my nails do not even look nice after paying $15 for awful service. They are jagged, bumpy, and messy. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! It's a shame, used to be my favorite. HUGE disappointment.

Terrible!!! My toes were jagged and uneven and a terrible paint job. The ladies were rude and didn't care if my nails were messed up or not.
