Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve given this place a million chances and it has never been anything but below average. My recent trip set me over the edge, and I will NEVER return. I arrived at 6pm, all 4 staff members were busy, they sat me down in a pedicure chair (which I sat in for 15 mins before anyone turned the water on). I waited 35 mins before I was even attended to. The staff members were yelling at each other, particularly one who was in the back the entire time me and another girl waited for over 30 mins. The owner came in and brought another employee and seemed to be upset with the girls. Pedicure was okay... when it got to my nails it was extremely rushed. The girl cut my cuticle (badly) which not only hurt but wouldn’t stop bleeding. When it came time to paint my nails it was about 1 hour til the shop closed, however the entire staff was cleaning up as if they were about to close. They vacuumed the whole place and stood around staring at me and the girl doing my nails (which was extremely rushed and messy). She took me to the dryer and actually left (no massage), the whole staff stood around behind me as I was the only one in there making me feel extremely uncomfortable and rushed so I only ran my nails under the dryer once... got to my car and smudged them immediately. I was in the salon for 1.5 hours for terrible service, and rushed out of the place even though it was technically open for another 30 mins!

Jennifer did a wonderful job! I had a gel manicure and pedicure. She is always pleasant and sweet. Great job... Thank you!

The guy named John was awful. He didn't listen to anything I said and my nails looked horrible. Would never go there again.
