This place was the worst and I mean the WORST place to get nails done. 1 week after getting them done they started lifting and my hair was getting under them. I went to get them fixed and they said I lifted them on purpose and they only wanted to fix them not give the money back. The started filing on my nails and refused to finish fixing them. I paid 60 bucks and will NEVER go back or recommend to a friend. Oh and the OWNER of the business is not very friendly and is very argumentative.

1st time & last time getting my nails done here. Told her I didn't want gel polish, I wanted regular & she still used gel polish & charged me $10 extra. Not to mention some fingers my natural nail is still visible because she didn't use the right sized nail tips. 🤦

Not a good experience. The nail tech was rude. She seemed completely appalled that I was only asking for a color change this day and didn’t need the full manicure. I was Trying to save time and just needed what I was asking for.
I had Gel polish put on my nails which I do every two weeks (manicures) from my salon in Kentucky where I live and have never had the issue that I experienced here. The next day I had all these bubbles in my nails and the polish was just peeling off. I went Back in and showed them my nails to which they agreed to fix. But I was not allowed to change polish unless I repaid for the service that I already paid for. I expressed Concern that I was afraid If we used the same polish as yesterday it’ll just peel again, didn’t matter. The nail tech was arguing with another nail tech about it in their language assuming because she couldn’t find the same polish, and or was just annoyed she was redoing them, Idk because I couldn’t understand them. She eventually found the polish and started the job but another tech took over as she was already with someone. He was rushing through it and seemed very put out that he was having to fix the job that I paid 40.00 for less than 24 hours before. Exactly two hours after having my nails REDONE, it peeled back off. Never ever again!

I come back again and again! My nails always look wonderful. They’re a little pricey, but worth it
