This is my go to place now for a shellac pedicure! Chairs are awesome and it’s always been a treat. I really like the decor and they play relaxing classical music. Today I decided to try a shellac manicure and got my feet and hands done at the same time. Great experience for someone who wants to be pampered but doesn’t want to have to spend 2 hours. (You can elect to do them separately) The massage with the pedicure is great! (Side note, I asked for an ombre shellac pedicure and really happy with how it turned out!! Dip is not for me.)

I had a gift certificate from my son and used it today. It was my first visit, was an amazing experience. Very clean, plastic lined tubs and my toes and legs feel amazing. I recommend the deluxe pedicure with Shellac. My hour with Jenny was top notch! Thank you Jenny

First, they were all very friendly and nice. I got acrylics on my nails. The length of the nails were not the same. They are not smooth and I can feel ridges on all of them. I came out and I had shellac stuck all over my hands. Worst of all the day after the nail extension was not fully glued on and I had to cut my natural nail so things would stop getting suck on stuff.
They were all very nice, but the quality was not there.

My daughters and I came in July 31st (2020)to have a manicure and pedicure. We had been there several times prior and have received good service and enjoyed our time. This time was VERY different and will likely be our last time. One of my daughters received a manicure that was very disappointing. The manicure was rushed, and once we left they immediately began to chip. We were leaving on vacation the next day and she was unable to come in to have them fixed right away (she came in within 6 days)Having had such good experiences we thought there would be no problem coming in to have them redone. When she came in to have them redone, she explained the situation and immediately felt very uncomfortable in the way the staff handled the problem. They originally wanted to just paint over the existing color, but it looked horrible and when my daughter explained she felt they needed to be redone completely the staff began to question her in a rude manner. Everyone working came to look at the nails (wish I would of taken a pictures, they were all chipped) and questioned her about who did it, where did she sit, etc. My daughter was uncomfortable and felt they were questioning her. They finally had her pick out the color. My daughter asked if they expected her to pay for this, It was obvious they did expect her to pay, when she pointed out it had just been 6 days they did finally agree to redo her manicure. After they decided to redo the manicure they rudely said to her that they needed to know who previously did the work because that person would need to pay for it (again all done in front of customers, not professional at all) This is unacceptable - you provided poor service and poor customer service you should just take care of the customer and decide after how to handle it among your staff not in front of the customer. There was no apology for the poor service and when she was done she was rudely dismissed, again modeling poor service. Word of mouth is important. Treating customers with respect and dignity is important. We live in the area, have supported your business and we expected better from you. VERY disappointed!!

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to. The staff are so friendly and polite! I love coming in to just relax with my nail guru and chat. They slay my nails every time I come in, her quality of work is off the charts amazing. I definitely recommend coco nails to everyone who appreciates a kind atmosphere and attention to detail.
