Totally recommend this salon!! The staff is always courteous when making appointments and checking in and out is super easy!! LeLy has been doing my SNS nails and pedicures for about a year now and she ALWAYS does a great job ...and as a plus, she’s very attentive and funny- makes my time there feel like a breeze!!

My daughter and I have been going to this shop for about 4 months. We've only had SNS nails done, so this review would only be about that service. The shop is clean and we are always greeted warmly. They have tons of colors to choose from. We typically have Lei or Andy do our nails and both technicians are friendly and skilled. I've recommended several friends here and they too have had great experiences here.

I end up going just to get a regular pedi/medi the lady who handle me was nice and convinced me that I should get a deep powder nail job told me it would last 2 weeks. Never the less I been scrape down to deep and cause an cut on my finger and it's only been 5 days and my nails are lifting. And far as the lady who did my pedi the polish isn't even all over my toe nails my nails aren't even shape. 2 stars for customer service but terrible service so disappointed!

I went to this salon a total of 3 times. The first time Lei did my pedicure. I was a walk in close to closing so It was rushed but it still turned out very good so I went back to her again. 2nd time, I scheduled an appointment with her. I got a call from them 15 minutes before my appointment time saying Lei is running 30 minutes behind, which was OK; however, what wasn't OK, was when I arrived for the appointment, I STILL had to wait another 10 minutes before she finally started by pedicure...figured it was just a one off. The 3rd time was the final strike. I arrive for my scheduled appointment and waited 30 MINUTES with my feet just sitting in the pedicure tub water before finally deciding to get up and walk out. During my 30 minute wait, Lei never came to acknowledge I was there or advise how much longer she'd be. After I left, she, nor did anyone else from the salon, ever call me to apologize for the inconvenience or attempt reschedule my appointment. I would highly recommend NOT scheduling an appointment with Lei if you chose this salon, since walk ins seem to be priority. Also, the area where you get your eyebrows done has absolutely no privacy. Its just a chair in the middle of a busy hallway with technicians walking back and forth. If you're looking for a salon that has a nice private room for waxing, this is not the place. Finally, the prices are not competitive. There are several other nail salons within .5 miles with cheaper prices but with better service.
