Very disappointed....
All I wanted was an acrylic layover on my natural nails to protect them. Didn't want them cut.
She did a sloppy job and filed my nails shorter. Now....they are chipping and breaking. Plus...they were rude. I won't be going back.

Why take appointments? I made an appointment today for 11:30 just to be told to wait (after I had already been waiting) because they had a walk in show up literally 2 seconds before I did. When another technician showed up, he began to help me when Lee directed him to help the girl who walked in before I did. So I politely asked when I could be helped seeing my appointment time had well passed and she proceeded to ignore me and roll her eyes while speaking to her technician in another language. So disrespectful. I had been a loyal customer of theirs until this point and I will never be back. Why make an appointment when you have to wait a half hour to get in? I have referred a lot of people to them and I will be sure to let them know the horrible experience I had today.

I have been going to Lee for 4 years. I get incredible quality and service! I consider everyone there friends! No matter where I travel I get stopped and people comment on how beautiful my nails are!!! Yes if you keep adding to your request there will be an up charge...that happen everywhere. Services are not for free...

Got my nails done here a couple days ago and the gel started chipping a little went back in and they completely redid my nails with out any problems. I love getting my nails done here. They always do a great job and it’s great customer service
