I have been to Spa De Novato three times. Twice for massages, one being a pregnancy massage, and once for manicures and facials. The massages were great and relaxing. BUT the last time I went was about two years ago. I was going to have surgery and wanted to treat myself to a "spa" manicure ($30) and a facial($60) plus tip. When I was in the hospital two days later, the nail poilish was already coming off! A bad nail job for sure. And when I was getting my full facial which should have included a brief head massage, the lady who was doing it said to me " Next time you come in, I will give you the head massage" What a load of crap. It was supposed to be done then , not later. I barely had enough money to go this one time. I went back to get my nails re-done. And they lasted a little longer, but not that long. I have had much better service elsewhere. I didn't like the attitude of the woman who did facials. Hopefully they have someone else by now.

Very expensive. They think they are a high end salon but not really. The people that works there are rude and not welcoming. I also felt discriminated because i am asian, the guy (gay) who came up to me just shut me off and said "we are a very high end salon you should make an appointment" blah blah. grr...
