Someone said you get what you pay for.... I somewhat agree but do truly believe that if you want good return customers...you'd want to make that grand first impression. We deserve good clean sanitary as possible rooms. The most outstanding feature was the shower. Maybe the only thing that was updated in our room. Non smoking room smelled heavily of smoking. The positives were kind staff. I'd recommend but definitely check room out and don't hesitate to have them correct anything not quite up to par.

They were very stingy with towels. It was myself, spouse and my three girls. They refused to give us more than three sets of towels. And only two washcloths. I would not stay here again moe than one night, but it was a last minute reservation. Breakfast was little to nothing. Could use a renovation. Or two. Or three.

AVOID IF POSSIBLE. Room was somewhat clean (If you don't look to close and keep your shoes on) but front desk workers were rude and incompetent. The first person encountered claimed that they didn't accept cash at checkout and overcharged our card. The following day at what they called free breakfast, we asked for a late check out and were offered an extra day for a "cash price" and told not to use the website. When we declined the offer we were given an entire 30 minutes extra which was destroyed by cleaning personnel knocking to ask if we were ready to leave every 2-3 minutes. This place is black mark on the greater Chattanooga metropolitan area and needs new owners/management.

Had a nice stay. Had a slight stink, but housekeeping took care of it. Comfortable beds. Would stay again.

You get what you pay for. If you're looking for a place to rest your head while on a road trip, it'll do. The decor is dated and ugly, the room stunk (they do allow animals though and we had one so maybe it's just from wear and tear and being lived in by multiple animal guests). Very funky, not terribly clean.
