I have been going here since they opened. For the last few months I have been going every two weeks for acrylics. Sometimes the experience is amazing and sometimes it is below average. This afternoon I called at 5:10 and told them that I had broke a couple nails just now and just needed to come in to have them removed because of work tomorrow and important meetings and I could come back another day for the set. i said I come in there all the time please I just need them removed real quick and the response I got was “no sorry we take our last walk in at 5”. I didn’t need them fixed just removed. Terrible customer service and way to treat loyal customers. They will never get my business again. Go to Elysian nails in stow. Way better quality and service. That is where I will be going from now on as well.

Nancy does my nails and she is the best!! She always gives me exactly what I want! She is so friendly, funny, and talented! I have had my nails done by others here too and they were all good!

Such great service every time I go! My dip polish usually lasts 3 weeks at least without cracking. I love coming here!

I have been a regular customer for over a year and can say this location is top notch! Any service I have requested has been excellent. I do make appointments to avoid waiting, and there is never an issue.

Beautiful and upscale place with talented staff and lots of services and options! Only place I’ll go for nails, toes or waxing. They even do lashes now! Plus them having a full service bar doesn’t hurt lol.
