Love this place, Lan just started doing my nails and she does a great job. My nails don't break and this isn't your typical nail salon, they actually care and have a great selection of color.

I DON'T know what the previouse comment is about but I always had a pleasurable visit when I go. I've been going to them for almost twenty...yes 20 years (I am one of her original customer) when she first opened up in the old location. I followed her to the new location. Love the way Lan does my nails. Becsuse of my procession I can't have my nails too long. I always like having color on my nails so I get the gel manicure. They all do nails great. Place is clean and they are very friendly.

The customer service here is terrible. The owner has this mentality that she is not responsible for the words that are coming out of her mouth. I’m not your homegirl, I am a customer who patronize your business. Being in the service industry myself I know that the word of mouth can be your strongest ally or the downfall of businesses. Be accountable for your actions and own this horrible rating.
