I have been patronizing this shop for at least 8 years and today decided to review them. The service is not consistent. I was the only client but there was discussion as to which of the 6 workers would service me. Christine, who only does nails, did a fantastic job on my manicure. The lady who did my pedicure had ear buds in her ears the entire time. So, no communication there... The workers need to learn to communicate effectively with the client. (No, language is not THE problem)

I will never come back to this nail shop. The worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I just walked out of this place and I’ve never been so upset. The lady had headphones the whole time and every time I asked her a question she took off her headphones annoyed. I had to put a acrylic on my toe and and I asked her three times to make it short and she ignored me. She didn’t even filed it down so it looks lumpy and thick. You can tell it’s fake. They were all so rude. Not to mention I was I was cut many times. If there was a possibility to give them a negative 5 stars I will. I hope I don’t get an infection. The worst part is while I walked out they took off the things they put in between my toes and put it in a basket where I saw them get the same one I was using. So they are resusing them without sanitizing them.
