REVIEWS

I wish I’d read the reviews before I walked in. Absolute worst customer service and I was pressured into getting SNS nails after I turned down several times. I was in a time constraint and ended up having to sit there for two hours. Of course they kept getting told that it was my fault, and that they kept trying to fix things. The manager only checked on me once before leaving, not even before the tech was done. Not only did she not check on me to make sure that I was happy, but she left me there alone with the tech as she was trying to finish closing. I have never been so unhappy with a nail set. I cannot believe that I just spent $74 on nails I want to take off immediately. They don’t look even close to decent or even. Don’t even think about shape or smooth.

WOW!! I am so impressed with this place! I came here after having a bad experience at my regular salon, and this was hands down the best SNS manicure I've ever had. A man did my nails, I think his name was Dom, and he took his time, making sure I was happy throughout the entire process. He did an impeccable job of prepping my nail beds before dipping (which sadly is really hard to find I've noticed). I could tell they have a lot of repeat business based on all the ladies coming in for appointments. Will definitely be going back!!

Pretty good! Reasonably priced and clean but not the best I have been to.

I go to the place nexr door for my hair appts. My hair appt was pushed back so I decided to spend the time and get a pedicure. Huge Mistake. The girl that did my pedicure massaged so hard in my arch that I had to ask her to lighten up on the pressure. I left with very sore feet which I have never experiemced from my regular place. I am now dealing with plantar fasciitis which the dr tells me probably came from the heavy pressure arch massage. According to the dr you should NEVER massage the arch. Gentle rubbing is fine but never massage. Needless to say the tech is probably not licensed, as I found out from my regular lady, that is one of the basic things they reach in beauty school. My $30 pedicure has cost me drs visits, pain for 3+ weeks so far and time off from work. BEWARE.

They were so incredibly rude to me and my mother. Not acceptable behavior at all...
