The girls who work at this nail salon are quite efficient. They work hard at their craft. Every time I've gone there for either pedicures or manicures, I've received top-notch service. And I also know that I'm not paying for a fancy building with other attractions in it beside nail services. So I know my money is going toward my nails only. As far as the salon being filthy, I didn't find this one to be filthy at all. It did not smell. The sink in the back was spotless. The tubs in which you soak your feet were spotless. All the instruments that were used on my nails were very clean. The floor was clean. The tables were clean. What more could I ask for?! I've used Lea and Kim for pedicures and manicures. An excellent job was done on me by both of these ladies! A better job than some of the high-end nail salons in this area.

They literally took off over half of my nail while taking off 3 week old acrylic tips. They didn’t soak the tips. She just started clipping and yanking at my nail until one of MY ACTUAL NAILS BROKE IN HALF. I no longer have a nail tip on one of my nails half way up the nail bed. They also do nothing but watch shows on their phones. When I walked in, almost all of them refused to work. It took a moment of awkwardly standing there before one girl decided she would take me. Not only was it the worst nail salon experience of my life, but they also did a TERRIBLE job on a simple clean up job on my nails. The glue all over my nails and the bloody nail bed make me never want to go back to a nail salon. I had a great salon in my hometown. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this salon.

VERY DISCOURTEOUS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LENA ADVERTISE BUSINESS THAT SHE CAN'T PROVIDE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! I would give them no stars but that option isn't available. I walked in to get service and after waiting 30 minutes Lena ask me to return in an hour. I grabbed some items inside the store and came returned in an hour. Lena then had taken another client that wasn't scheduled ahead of me. I noticed she wad uncomfortable about it, but I patiently waited until she completely the un schedule client. Just as she was finishing she asked the other nail tech to start taking my nails off but wasn't sure if she could do the design I presented. While she was deciding if she could do powder gel nails she sat another client in her chair and began doing her nails as if I hadn't already waited and wasted 2 hours of my damn time. I then asked Lena aren't you suppose to do my nails? She said yes but I've got a 3:30 and I can't do your nails now. That's when I went off on her stupid ass! Why would you have me waiting all this time and either you can't do what you advertise and you lie to your customers about time slots. AVOID BY ALL COST.

If I could give zero stars I would. But, for me to express how terrible this place is I had to give one star. So, I went in today and I asked Lena if she could do ombré nails she replied, “yes” after cleaning up my nails which was a fill in she started painting my nails and explaining what she had to do to give me ombré nails which didn’t make sense at all but she’s the nail tech. what do I know 🤷🏻‍♀️ after she was done painting my nails she started dabbing a sponge with blue nail polish on my nails that was already painted seafoam. It literally look like a 3 year old did my nails. I asked about the bubbles that was dried up on my nails and said that there was nothing she could do about them she asked me if wanted her to take it off. Of course I said yes. She proceeded to take off the polish with a electric file you could tell she was aggravated. She was being ruff and even cut my finger in the process. But, she kept asking me what I wanted and I told her just do blue polish and she kept pushing for something else but I already knew that they wasn’t very talented with designs (previous experience) so I was trying to keep it simple. So I said what about chunky glitter tips as I showed her a picture she agreed that she could do it. I had faith bc how hard is to mess up glitter. She asked me to pick the glitter out so I picked one out and showed her the picture again and she got confused about what I was wanting and got even more of an attitude. I corrected her before she started. she didn’t even use the glitter I picked out. She line out my tips with line design fine glitter. 🙄 I was hoping she was gonna do more than that and she didn’t and I told her I didn’t like it and she got a rude attitude with me. Telling me that she would have to completely redo all my nails and placing the blame on me. I sit there and she finally did what she said she couldn’t do. First of all, your job is to do nails. Second of all, it’s not my fault you don’t know how to communicate with your customers. Third of all, don’t lie and say you can do something when you can’t.

I had a bad car accident and none of my nails broke. They did a good job thank you!!
