I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE SINCE I WAS 11 years old and I am now 26 years old they have always ALWAYS did a AWESOME job. Q AND TAMMI are AMAZING!!!!!! Keep up the great job you all and don’t let the negativity get to you.... 😊😊😊

I used to love this place but the service has gotten worse. They don’t keep the place clean and you always feel rushed which leads to work that doesn’t last. The polish seems old, and the color choices are terrible. I do have to say that Tammy and Q are great at what they do and Tammy does great brows but unfortunately I had to go elsewhere

Stay away!!!!they don't know what means a good customer service, except for the two Youngest guys who are very nice, the rest don't know what they doing always in a rush . Also the Spa need to be cleaned up.
Manicure gel polish don't last like they supposed to they mix they're polishes with acetone or something because after expand $50 just on manicure the polish lift up in 4 days, the wax they used for the face, eyebrow leave the skin very irritate, my conclusion is they use very cheap quality products.
Without say anything about that hygiene in the local, floors, walls really dirty if you look around.
The spa nails should be the last place to be Dirty at first look.

I have been going to this place for over 20 yrs. There is really good service and their prices remain competitive!! They are all great techs... but I have to say Q is the MAN for your nails!!!!

The customer service is good. Unfortunately the quality of their work not so much! I had an older guy with glasses do my mani /pedi. He failed to paint the sides of my nails. I tried tell him he was missing color on the sides and he tried to get it but somehow just kept missing the same spots!!!! Which then caused the parts that were painted to be layered on too thick. He then failed horribly at properly cleaning the edges of my nails and underneath my tips. He left chunks of acrylic underneath, which I hate. Then he cut me twice and scuffed my ankle while scrubbing my feet during the pedicure, and he charged me $5 extra bucks for this scrub by the way. Then charged me a total of nearly 70 bucks for the whole fiasco. SMH. Never again.
