I came in to get a gel fill! I absolutely loved my nails & the experience was great but then one broke in less than 24 hours. I came in to get them fixed. The person who fixed my nails were extremely rude when I tried to tell her what happened. She tried to humiliate me yelling at me as if I am a child and when I tried to speak with the owner he acted like he didn’t care at all. It’s unfortunate that things happened this way because I will never come back and spend my money with such belittling people. & I have been getting gel for years. Not sure why I always have a broken nail in less than 2 weeks but I don’t recommend! Very rude employees except for Sharon. She was really sweet! Other than that, I’m disgusted in the way I was treated.

Very clean salon and always does a great job with my nails. Its a little further since I moved but I still find myself coming back.

Absolutely love this place! TK is my favorite. I get compliment on the way she shapes my nail all the time. She takes her time and is great with designs! So personable and very friendly. I consistently go back to her!

I wasn’t going to write a review.. but once my nail cracked in half after only a week, I felt it was warranted. I came here with family to get a mani/pedi done. The women that did my mani was pleasant but continuously spilled krazy glue all over my fingers/ hands during the nail application. At least 3 times both her hands and mine were stuck together. I ultimately left with so much dried krazy glue stuck on the palm of my hands/fingers. Once I finished my mani, I waited patiently for my pedi. There was a group of women who came in after me. A nail technician who was doing pedicures began to sit them before me. When I mentioned this to her, I was ignored and they proceeded to seat the women. At that point, i decided not to get the pedicure anymore. I don’t live in the area and perhaps I’m used to a certain level of service. But this shop seems to provide subpar services/customer service. I would gladly go elsewhere and even pay significantly more for a better outcome with my nail designs and to be treated like a valued customer.
