went to this nail salon across from Bank of America and left out discouraged. The nail technician and the customer to my left decided to have a laugh fest on my benefit about my feet. Yes, I'm guilty of not being faithful due to financial reasons and now that I have the opportunity to go, this is the experience I received. After kindly voicing my experience after I paid, I was told by the owner's daughter that "I was being extra." No apology. Very sad. I was questioned.. "How long has it been" and I stated a few months... they began to laugh. Then when she proceeded to polish my nails the polish was old and was thick she said it was my feet... laughter again. It took me all of 25 minutes to cool off and I kindly expressed how I felt, the daughter (who was working) chimes in and says my mom doesn't know any better and you're rude for saying all this in front of customers. I didn't yell, wasn't rude or anything just stated how I felt. So I'm to believe she didn't mean to insult me and laugh with a customer about my feet. WOW.
