I went there twice, the first time I was serviced by MayMay. She did a great job, perfect designs perfect shaping.. The second time to a woman at the very corner closest to the bathroom named Lisa,This woman shaped good but polished horribly. The polish she used was empty she kept trying to continue using it. I told her many times i didn’t like the polish color and she continued to tell me it would look better when she added two more coats. Once my nails were finished I told her AGAIN i didn’t like the color. She said I had to get used to it. I called this morning to go back and get a polish change and they tell me i have to pay full price.. WHICH MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE.

I went to this nail salon for over 15 years. In those years I lost 2 of my favorite nail techs, each doing my nails consistently for over 5 years a peice. I was given no real explanation as to why they even left, and was forced to start over with someone else who wasn't half as good. I floated for awhile and had different techs doing my nails, until I finally found another good enough tech. Eventually her consistency fell off and they do not honor the fact that you have seniority. They will place someone ahead of you just because they're getting something quicker without even communicating. Well one day I stopped in for my usual refill and pedicure, I asked the nails tech Mal (young girl, tall, slim, very long hair) if she could help me. She told me no, because she didn't feel like it. I have no idea why she was so rude to me, I never had a problem with her. That was the last day I ever step foot in that establishment. Tina the boss, is very rude and has always been that way. Over the years I've watched the customer service and cleanliness decline drastically, I stuck it out because of familiarity, but never again will step foot in that place.
