My daughter got married in August and two days before the wedding the bridal party and some family members went to Tropical for a manicure and pedicure. We had the whole place to ourselves and had a great time celebrating and getting our nails done too. The staff was attentive and they did quality work. Highly recommend for any bridal parties or small events.

Never stepping foot back into a business that makes fun of their clients as they are working on you. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. Pointing at me, laughing, and making fun of my nail choice. It was pretty obvious, which I think was almost done on purpose. A child was present as well, seeing her parent and the nail tech blatantly making fun of a me. I could say way more on how uncomfortable & humiliated they made me feel, but they aren’t worth my energy.
Wish you the best, because this will only lead to many more negative reviews 👍🏼
Do yourself a favor and support another nail salon instead.

I will not come back. I pay for manicure and pedicure once in a while because I like the experience of massage, taking time, and relaxing. This place was rushed and the girl was doing my nails and a wax on someone at the same time. (I made an appointment). The utensils weren’t cleaned between people and there was no lotion used during my manicure? Just polish, and it wasn’t even done well. Don’t waste your time.

I can not begin to describe how flawless this nail salon is! Their customer service is untouchable as is their services. Have been going to this salon since 2016 when I fractured my heal in 5 places. The thing is...they treat me today the same way they did 4 years ago, just like a family member. The owner goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. The store is impeccably clean. You may have tried the rest but you owe it to yourself to try the best 😁. God Bless 🙏
