I went to this nail salon today at 4 as soon as I got back from my College Tour. I had a specific girl I wanted to do my nails Bc she does great and my friend recommended her. I was told there was one person ahead of me i said okay that’s fine which it was. At around 4:30 The nail tech went to grab some food without acknowledging that she may have people waiting on her.. At around 4:50-5 , she comes back and is eating and begins taking her time talking to another guest who was becoming impatient as well. Then she started working on somebody else who was not even in front of me. When I went to ask her about this she was giving the impression that she didn’t know that I was ahead or that she didn’t care and that I thought was very distasteful and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend her to anyone , wouldn’t waste my time to drive from Lauren’s to Wade Hampton ever again. And that was the only thing I looked forward too all day.

Nice place to get nails done at but i feel they go by who they kno the best. I went today on a Saturday which is a walk in day sat along with 3 other ppl that had ben there for an hr already and someone that has ben coming for years came in 30mins after me got sitted before we did.! I wouldn’t recommend unless yu have an appointment.

I think they are the only one that do not take walk-ins this is the 5th time that I've been here during the week and they will not take a walk in I think it's ridiculous
