I got my nails done here last week. One of my nails came off 4 days later. I went to get the nail repaired and all was well. I have a matte finish and the man doing my nails offered to retouch them up. I explained that I wasn’t happy with the matte look with the color combo and was hoping it would wear off. He ignored me and still retouched the matte. That was okay, no big deal. I gave him a decent tip for about 20 minutes of work and said thank you very much. He grunted at me and didn’t have any real response. When I was comparing the nails shortly after leaving I realized that the nail he repaired is noticeably longer than that finger on my other hand. I will not be returning. Some of the workers may do great work but he is not up to par.

Not a great experience here. I had a mani-pedi. Nails were cut super low and filing was actually a little painful. I wasn’t asked my preferences about nail shape or length. Not sure why she was exfoliating my arches. The tip of my toenails were left unpainted.😐 She didn’t even rub in the moisturizing lotion. Honestly, I think she forgot. Overall, I felt it was a subpar service.
Strange that I had to dig into my purse after the manicure to pay.
The premises are actually quite nice, but the technicians seemed quiet and unhappy. Such a strange vibe. Overall not relaxing or enjoyable.

Great spa! Spa pedicure with Wendy was the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Her hands are magical! Very clean, great place!

Really nice place, although terrible job! got my nails done here this week some of them are uneven, gel started to peel that same night. i asked for square shape and got more like an oval shape. not coming back ..

I had a pedicure done here and both of my big toes were BLEEDING and throbbing. After I left the pain got worse. When it was pointed out to the woman who did my pedicure, she did not even say sorry and just walked away... apparently she’s been working there for 3 years... scary... no refund was offered. Horrible customer service.
