Called on Sunday and asked if they knew how to use an E-Gift card and the manager said they will figure it out when we get there. Went there today (two days later) and was told from the manager that they don’t know how to use it and she’ll call when she can, even though the salon was EMPTY and multiple employees were just standing around. We ended up calling corporate who told us to have the manager or employees call and get a walk through on how to use their gift card, but the employees and manager were both unwilling and turned us away even though we were paying customers. On top of that, the manager was quite rude to us. Neither the associates or manager knew how to use their own point of sale system. That definitely says something.

I went there as a walk-in and was greeted immediately. I had a lady named Amber cut my hair and she did a great job. The people there are very friendly and I was in and out in short time. The price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this as a good place for a haircut.

I brought in my nephew (he is 5) to get his haircut. And his hair stylist (her name is Courtney) did a wonderful job. She worked well with him and was able to distract when he could only focus on the "ticklely" feeling of then razor on his neck. He did better than any other haircut he has had all thanks to Courtney. No complaints! His hair turned out great even with the cowlicks which she managed to get to lay down. Definitely going back for her service.

The beautiful ladies took very good care of me,They were very friendly,very polite will be going back to Cost Cutters in Walmart on 41A.Thank you Cortney

The ladies here are great! Very friendly down to earth kind of people. They did a fabulous job on my hair and totally fixed up my son's hair line that was all messed up. Thanks ladies
