Kevin is very precise and knows what I specifically want. I just moved to Chicago two months ago, I thought it would be hard finding a manicure and pedicure place, but thankfully I got lucky finding this via the reviews I have read. Definitely ask for Kevin when you go because my nails are perfectly squared like I want and honestly I haven’t seen a job better than this at all. To me, this is a great atmosphere in general.

Susie is amazing. I've only been to her twice but my nails always look flawless and they last a long time which is great. The woman who did my pedicure was wonderful as well, however I didnt catch her name.

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a rush mani/pedi. I got a voicemail from the salon 1 minute before my appointment cancelling on me because the nail tech was extremely ill. I got to the salon after the voicemail was left and was told that no one could take care of me in the other techs place asking if I could reschedule. I have a wedding to go to this afternoon and could not wait around. It is extremely frustrating that they did not have the staff to jump in for these situations. I have been coming to Revive for a couple years but lately the service has been sub-par and unprofessional. This was the last straw and I will not be returning. Very disappointed.

The staff is really welcoming and they are always on time with appointments. Vanessa does a really good job and she's efficient.
