I live in Tennessee and visit Houston about 4 to 6 times per year. Every time I come, I make a point to visit this salon.
I love every nail tech here. They offer the best service, and have make every client feel like we are friends. I go the new type of polish, power and killed it with the sparkles! Get a wonderful leg and foot massage with a "spa pedicure" that was $35 and the polish was $40 with no manicure. I love it.

I first went to Q Designer Nails to get a bikini wax, horrible idea. The lady used wax that’s wasn’t completely melted down and used twizzers to pick the remaining hair. It was very uncomfortable. I recently went to get a no-chip mani. The shellac began peeling after a few hours. The lady also mentioned the the color I chose wasn’t good, too light for my skin. She then tried to add a different color which she left on my pinkie and index finger not matching the other nail colors. As a customer came in that she began rushing on my nails to tend to her. She then followed me to the front expecting a tip. I usually tip generously , but I was highly dissatisfied with the service provided.

I took my girlfriend here not too long ago, and I have to say they have great customer service. I was getting my haircut next door at Sportclips, while she went over there to get a shellac manicure. When I first walked into the store, I was greeted politely and was asked if I needed any water to drink while they finished up with my girlfriend. When my girlfriend was done, her nails looked beautiful. She said it was one of my best places she ever went to. Give this place a try whenever you are in the area. I don't understand other people's comment about their manicures. It is perfect here.
