Customer service was okay but the girl that did my feet cut me and i bled and the overall pedicure experience was horrible for me and my best friend. A pedicure is supposed to last about 20 to 30 minutes, we were lucky if ours lasted 10 to 15 mins. The paint job also sucked too. One of the girls was also on the phone as she was giving my friend a pedicure.

Ten Natural Nails hosted myself and my bridal party for manicures and pedicures the day before my wedding. I can't tell you enough how amazing our experience was! All of the employees went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our time! I can't thank you enough!!

I came in to get a pedi and gel mani for a wedding because my boyfriends mom has been here before. I am always very particular about my nails because I do them well myself so if I'm to pay for those services, I expect them to be perfect. I always explain how I want my nails and I'm usually quite satisfied. My toes were ok but I was covered in nail polish and my feet were still rough after I got home. My nails however, done by the owner, were completely awful. I showed the tech my nails from my last mani and said I wanted them exactly the same and very square. Not only were my nails hacked way shorter than necessary and specified, the French tips were crooked and not at all square. I even had to point out an obviously diagonal nail on my ring figure and ask her to make it straight. Aside from all of this, now it is not even a week later and not only did she not get close enough to my cuticle with the gel that I will already need them done again already, but they have also discolored horribly and have chipped twice. I will never go back to this salon and would recommend researching some of the surrounding salons.
