I love Cathy, don't get me wrong. I've known her since I was a tiny tiny kid when my mom would come in to get her nails done. I think she is tired of doing her business though. I remembered why I kinda stopped going, she never puts enough acrylic on the weak spots; it doesn't take much or long for them to break. Usually the ones that breaks is my middle finger, I haven't had my nails for even a week yet and one has broken. The fact that I'm afraid to soak the left middle finger off because it was completely RIPPED off, kinda sucks. Yes I realize this is a consequence of having acrylics for sooo long, but I have NEVER had my nail ripped off like it was here. It happens every time I go there. I have gone to other establishments and the powder they use is vastly different from theirs, they don't make my nails burn. Yes, their service is quick but is that why people are packing it in? Because the quick service means more mistakes and less time in between refills? Or is it because someone is getting something fixed?. I honestly feel bad for posting this review but I think this is the last straw for me.

This is my new favorite salon! The staff is so friendly and they are easy to talk to! Very clean and sanitized and also good prices!

All i can say is wow! The customer service and the manicure were incredible! I've tried other salons but no one has made me this satisfied like this salon did!
