I was excited that this shop stayed open late, but that excitement quickly turned into disappointment when the technician stated working on me nails. Ugh! He was rude, carelesss and insensitive. I kept telling him that he was hurting me (filing too much), but he kept going. I must have told him 3 times. Anyway, the actual dip wasn't any better. He was going fast and was doing an atrocious job. I did let the owner/ manager know, and she just looked at me as if it say, "What do you want me to do about it?" He came to the register, they spoke in their language, I told him and showed him and he said, he did slow down, which he didn't.
Anyway, I will NOT be going back. I didn't get the comfortable, personalized experience I was hoping for, and I certainly didn't get a good result. 👎

I've tried different techs and have come to the conclusion they are mostly all below average. I went to seat one for a manicure buff shine and my nails have ridges from the tools use embedded in my nails. They are so thin that they hurt when washing your hairs. I got a pedicure at seat 4 and my cuticles are so tender from that techs terrible technique.
I came in previously and had the tech take a huge piece of skin out of my toe. I told myself after that I wouldn't be back but the joke is on me for returning once more.

I normally don't leave reviews just want to share my experience. My daughter and I had a refill done last night. I was skeptical but over all it was a very good experience. I didn't get the nail tech's name she sits at #10 . She was very nice and she made sure I was ok and comfortable. I love how my nails came out. I will be returning thank you very much

Birthday nails was a success! Ombré style. Awesome results. I’m super happy with them! My nail lady, T on 16 was very patient on figuring out how I wanted them to look. Thank you so much for how beautiful they are.

2 days ago I came in for a fill in, cut down and $30 face wax. During the process, the lady was struggling pulling the stuff off ( is that normal?)
That night as I'm washing my face, I get a burning sensation on my face and there it is. The wax burnt me.
Fast forward to today, I enter the shop with my mom ( getting her nails painted) and to talk to someone about my burn mark.
I walked up and softly explained my situation, the lady was in shock as she has never experienced anything like this and her manager was not there. She eas nice enough to call him while I wait. She asked if I remember who did it and I told her " Sorry, I don't ".
Few minutes pass by she comes back to let me know that they are willing to refund/credit me $7!!! Now I'm in shock and felt like it was a slap in the face...Told her keep the $7 they just lost a loyal customer.
