Had a pedicure done. Me and my friend were both cut during the process. A lot of steps were not followed through with the pedicure. It's as if they were trying to rush us out.

I've been coming here for about 10 months for a gel pedicure. At first the pedicure was very good but with each successive pedicure the quality of service I received went down hill. Fortunately when I stopped by today there was a sign on the door stating that they closed early. Oh great now what do I do? Google to the rescue...and to an amazing pedicure at another nail salon!!! A 'real' pedicure with soothing massage, great gel paint job and wonderful conversation...something severely lacking at DeFeance. I will not be returning.

Monday afternoon(Feb 2, 2016) I went here to get my nails done. The person doing my acrylics rushed through them and it is showing a few days later. I have nails that have started to lift....which they should not be doing after less than a week. And I had a nail crack tonight as well. I have never had a nail crack on me so this is highly irritating. I will NEVER go back here.

This was the most disappointing experience of my life. I made an appointment, but when I showed up for the appointment , he said I no make appointment, you come back later..tomorrow maybe. What a jerk

Went here with a friend just a few days ago. Horrible service. The polish on my toes is not complete. I sat in the chair with no water for a good 15 minutes and wasn't allowed to soak at all. My full set looks horrible. I asked for an almond shape and got misshapen claws. My cuticles look like hell and the women even cut my cuticle and made me bleed. She didn't clean the tool afterwards. Good thing I don't have a blood transferable disease. The polish is already chipping (only been 2 days) and the hardest thing I've done on my nails is scratch my fiances back. When I asked for one of the nails to be repaired (bad polish job) I got ignored, and they still charged me 55 bucks. My friends full set was just as bad, her polish had streak marks in it, and you could see the nail through the polish. They didn't paint the tips of her nails, like the front edge so it looks trashy. Poor girl went home and just repainted them.
