I've been going to this place for years, and I've always had small complaints, but I kept going back because I like the location and the layout of the place, but after today I will not ever go back. I need to find another place. As usual my feet soaked in water for too long waiting for a technician. I asked the technician next to me if she could warm up the water and she ignored me even though she heard me. Five minutes later she asked another technician to warm it up. Later she accidentally squirted me with water. When my technician finally started to work on me, he was rough and hardly massaged my feet, which is the best part. I told him the massage was way to short, like a minute, and even the customer next to me said something. He just ignored me. He finished my pedicure before the lady next to me, and mine was started 10 minutes after hers. I'm done with that place.

Very friendly staff. Concerns are cleanliness. In between clients the filters WERE NOT CLEANED it the foot tubs. Same nail file was used on all for pedicure. For manicure towel was just flipped to other side..nor were the stations wiped off between clients. It is a health disaster waiting to happen.sad because it is convenient for me to go there.and i liked the staff. Hope they fix it.

So I payed 12$ to get nothing done but get shellac removed on my toes then I knew they scammed me because that’s too much to pay for no product do I called and was told the price was 10$ and when I repedily asked what I was paying for because they used no product and it only took 2 minutes so I know I wasn’t paying for labor or product. Total scanners I 100%%% do not approve of this place comeplete trash.

I really like this place I m very happy with my nails people's are very nice .It close to me where I live.I m not complain .

I went here to get my shellac manicure only out of convenience.... I will not be going back. Just one week later and my nails looks so grown out and my polish has already started to chip. Mind you I am used to getting my nails done at 2.5 to 3 weeks due to a busy schedule. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
