Linda is great and pays attention to detail! I've been there a few times for gel manicure and pedicure and I was consistently satisfied with her services and results! Good price for beautiful nails!

I had a great pedicure here and had a very different experience compared to other reviewers. I went on a Sunday afternoon and had to wait a bit but didn't mind because the place was clean and had great massage chairs. I found this place to be a surprisingly good value for downtown boston. It was $23 for a very thorough spa like pedicure including the hot stone massage! Nice selection of color too. I will be back!

Excellent job on my gel manicure although their color choices aren't great. The pedicure, however, did not dry for ages. Wish they used a fast drying top coat.

I asked whether they could do french shellac with a simple stone decoration which the owner assured me they could. During the shellac when asked how much the diamond stones would cost a clear price was not offered and the initial price of the french manicure was increased from 28$ to 35$. Whilst getting the white tip done i realised the girl had never done this style before (untidy clean up of white tip, not straight lines and dry shellac polish and almost 1.5hrs to do it). I asked for it to be done properly or be removed and was angrily asked by the owner to pay for the service nevertheless. The shellac was improperly removed from my nails and had to go to another salon in charles st (lauren's nails - highly recommend it and cheaper price) to get it fixed! Not only really bad quality service and untrained staff but also poor customer service skills. Really a bad experience for my short vacation in Boston.
