My daughter and I had an appointment at Encore this morning for manicures and pedicures. The salon is beautiful. The young woman at reception and the gentleman who did my pedicure were delightful. The young man , ANDY, who did my manicure was rude, rough and extremely disrespectful. I’ve had dentist appointments that were more pleasant. When I paid my bill I expressed my displeasure to the owner. His response, or lack of one, was disheartening to say the least. I will not return.

I have always gone to this nail salon place, I think they have done an excellent job all the time. The owner is really nice and they always offer me a drink. Andy did an awesome job with my nails for graduation and prom. Looking forward for more visits. :)

Great service, location, ample parking, upscale spa service, reasonable priced, right next to Eau Soa Resort.Highly recommended by realtor and travel agent Valentina Aved.

Beautiful place. Very clean & decor is beautiful & modern. Friendly staff. Loads of colors to choose from & they do everything from regular Manis and pedis to acrylic nails gel nails even color dipping powder nails. I was very impressed on how beautiful, clean, and neat the salon is. A+++
