I got my eyebrows done there yesterday,the guy did it in 2 minutes,and burnt my skin so bad.It wasn’t the first time,the same thing happened when the girl did for me.

Pedicure was fine, but when it came to my full set the nail tech seemed to be either rushing or incompetent. She put the polish on way to thick and had to go back in several times to add more acrylic, refile crooked nails, etc. In the end I was left with polish bubbles. Oh, and one of my thumb nails is longer than the other!

So I go over there last week to get my nails and to that I don't like going to this place I had that experience before sa decided to go because it was convenient for me. I ask for coffins. They don't look anywhere near what I asked for. Now its only been a week, one of my nails is lifting. I will no longer do business at this particular nail salon, just because I'm experiencing the same thing twice at 2 different times. Im not even going over there for them to fix my nails, I'm so frustrated that I will go out of my way. Took it better service. And to get what I liked. There are other salons that do way better jobs at cheaper prices. I advise anyone not to go to this nail salon... And I just want to mention to the owner when you get new customers, your goal is to make them happy, do what they like, so they can come back.. It seems to me the concept of this nesalon is, if you are a returning customer, you will get better service.
