Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago online for this salon. Today I arrived 30 minutes early prior to my appointment only to be told that they were no longer taking new clientele and that I should have received a text message stating as such. I've provided a photo of all the text notifications I've received regarding my appointment, not a single one stated that Bijou was no longer accepting new clients. The time for that information to have been construed would've been immediately after I scheduled the appointment 2 weeks ago, not the same day I show up for it. This was an absolute waste of my time, very thankful that I didn't also end up wasting my money here. Beyond unprofessional.

The salon is beautiful, clean, & upscale. The owner & manicurists are professional, kind, & talented. It's also BLACK OWNED!👌🏾❤️👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Scheduled an appointment for a regular refill, they took mr 30 mins late and every single nail is a different shape and length and they left me with nails polish all over my hands, should have asked for my money back.

Very nice establishment. The owner is very down to earth 🌎 and very meticulous about her craft as a nail technician. She had gain a customer!

Love this place. Good work and Tokara, Yaya, and Alicia have great customer service. My new nail spot! Love getting services from people that are professional and look like me.
