Horrible service. Thesy charged me $95 and messed up my nails really bad. I am filing a complaint with the nestter business bureau. Some way, some how, they will not continue to be in business stealing people money like this. JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Social distance was great. It was very safe and I enjoyed my experience. Great pedicure. Thankyou Henry for am amazing job on my nails. 🥰😍

I waited soooo long to get my nails done after awhile and decided to come here. The standard of quality is really poor. I wanted a specific design based on what I saw on their Instagram page. They were unwilling to do it and didn't care that they were providing poor customer service. The place needs to be visited by a health inspector because it was dirty. Trash everywhere. Flies, gnats, and mosquitoes flying around because they leave the door open and don't clean. People just sitting around not doing anything when they could be servicing clients or cleaning. I will not be back here. I see why some nail shops are losing business. They just don't care.

Love the nails but the woman that did it decided to give me a free of charge eyebrow wax so I said yes because it was my first time. This was Wednesday. It is now Friday and I still have a headache and my eyeballs hurt when I move them . I may have to seek legal help because something isn’t right I called diamond nails and they we’re sooooo unhelpful about the situation no type of concern.

My daughter and I went to get our pedicure done today. I also got my manicure done. At first, everything was good. Then I saw the young man doing my pedicure laughing at me. I asked to go over my big toes, because he didn't cut off all the cuticles and didn't clean underneath the nails. So I said something and he was rude in return. He didn't put any lotion, oil or cooling gel as he claimed. Also, barely cut off my calluses. No gloves either! My daughter's toenails got messed up too. They cut them crooked and too low. So, I still went ahead and did a manicure. Same person, big attitude. He asked me to pay before he finished my manicure because he knew that I was terribly upset. So, I paid. While I was getting my manicure done, the manager, a woman, stars yelling at me saying that I've been complaining a lot, my skin is dry, she saw him putting the cooling gel on my feet, when my daughter and I knew he didn't. So, I said if they're always so rude to the customers and she told me I was no longer allowed in there. And the young man said I could leave in the middle of my manicure, with only one hand done!!! I said, don't worry, I wasn't ever going back there. And all because I said he missed cutting some of my cuticles. I have NEVER EVER experienced such a thing in all my life!! Stay away... These people are evil!!!
