Clean and high quality place for all your nail services. I have been to Ocean Nails twice since MN salons reopened in June. You are greeted, appointment confirmed and then are asked to wash your hands. They take cleanliness seriously as they took extra sanitizing measures throughout the time I was there. I had a dipping manicure and the Nu-skin pedicure. The staff consulted with you about the services you requested and even recommend nail colors when I asked. Give Ocean Nails a try!

My nails all lifted or broke off in LESS THAN A WEEK! When I went back in to get them fixed-they tried to charge me full price. $60! I can go 3 weeks without a fill usually. They should have offered me a discount at least. My nails hurt and look ugly and now I am crying because this was my first time back since before the coronavirus lock down. They should care about a regular customer. Iv been coming here for 4+ years. Depending on who does your nails, it’s usually good quality, but was not the first time I needed my nails fixed and had to pay full price—I never complain or am difficult. I always tip 20%. I will have to find a new salon unfortunately. I am a hairstylist and I would GLADLY fix a mistake for FREE if a customer was unsatisfied. Customer service is how you keep long time clients coming back. Everyone knows that.

This is my favorite nail salon. They are very clean and even more so with the COVID-19 infection control regimen they’ve implemented. Staff are friendly and know you by name. I’ve been going here for years and highly recommend them.
