Awful, awful awful! I walked in asking for a gel full set.... they were so long after I asked 3 times for them to be cut shorter and he just kept saying no no shoter when I file.... okay well they didn't and he piled the acrylic over my real nail I was done in 15 minutes. Not to mention I did not get a manicure in anyway. But yet I paid for it.... And I get my nails done a lot and it never takes less then 20-25. The longer it takes the better you know the person is. So disappointed. And so mad! I will not be returning.

Best Nail place in North Conway!!!! I love everyone so much!!! They take time to do an amazing job and are the sweetest people
I know. Haha also after you get your nails done you should go to Taste of Thai because they have the best vegan curries and mango sticky rice. ♥️💯😻

The owner was so patient and kind. My daughter changed her mind several times and they were extremely accommodating and nice. Great job.

My almond shaped nails came out incredibly unsatisfactory! I asked for acrylic almond shaped nails with a nude to white ombré look & got sore bleeding cuticles & miss shaped off sized nails! One of the nails was made so thin that 2 hours later broke taking dry laundry out of my dryer! I’m still peeling acrylic off from the sides and on the skin of my finger! I showed him a picture of exactly what I wanted and instead of saying that he couldn’t and or was uncomfortable doing just that i got plain white color that wrinkled under the hardening lamp. I think he should have told me what he was actually capable/ comfortable with doing! He was friendly but I left feeling like I got ripped off! I never do anything nice for myself being busy with four children!
I’m leaving this review so nobody has to waste money & time to do something nice for themselves just to feel ripped off and frustrated! There’s a real reason Katie’s nails is always flooded with customers & Nail Care was completely dead! Ugh!
