I have been going for years out of convenience. The service is so so and the quality is decent most of the time. I've had some bad experiences though.

I had a mani and pedi for a big event and both began to chip away after ONE day. I had to use a sharpie marker to get through my company convention...that sux!!!

Don’t go to this so called “professional” place. My nail tech ended up having to fix mistakes she made;therefore, she grabbed my foot aggressively. Luckily I’m not an attacker! I was so upset! I have never been treated this way EVER at a nail salon. The manager just tried to blame it on her having a bad day. It was 9 in the morning and I was her first customer of the day! If she’s having a bad day she shouldn’t be dealing with the public with that type of aggression.

I had a great experience today was my first time at famous nails i got a pedicure and a manicure. My pedi was great perfect water temperature not to hot and the foot scrub was great and the hot towel as well. I got a white tip ombre nail, emily or lily im not sure if i heard her right but by the comments it might be lily who did my nails she was fast and did an amazing job my nails came out perfect very elegant look i totally recommend this place. Great prices
