Been here about 4 almost 5 years. At first the management at that time didn't seem to care about the tenants. Their response was "you can always leave" when I had questions or concerns. The last couple of years, we got new managers and it has gotten a whole lot better! The ladies in the front are very polite and work with you, listen to you and care and someone is always there. I like the office hours that include longer times during the week and that they are open on Saturdays. I get answers and work done quicker.

These apartments are good! Well maintained! When I had a problem, maintenance came to fix it right away

I really enjoy being here at Rancho Solano although parking is ruff at times over all its my new home

DO NOT RENT HERE !!
No matter how clean you are you WILL get roaches and you get CHARGED for monthly fumigation even though you aren't getting fumigated!! Random FEES up the ass! You pay ALL utilities, our family of 3 pays $125/month while our neighbors (FAMILY OF 6) pay $120??? Makes no sense! They make you pay for EVERYTHING. You get stuck in a lease and they try raising your rent hundreds of dollars when it's over. RIDICULOUS! Constantly getting new unstable management!! Things around the house break SO easily, CHEAP! BIGGEST MISTAKE IF YOU DECIDE TO MOVE IN HERE!

I do not recommend these apartments not only do they tow your vehicle they don’t even have parking spaces always struggling to find a place to park there isn’t even parking for visitors and there is hardly any parking, place sucks.
