I've been using their service for over a year. Signed the contract for one year and just renewed for another one year few months ago. Great service, absolutely no issues with them!
At the time before the service contract expired, I called the customer service then a representative explained carefully and recommended me switch to another reasonable plan with a better deal. I then realized they care about customers more than anything else.
I know there are some companies doing their business, not caring about their customer and advise plans that only benefits them. I’m totally satisfied using v247 electricity.
I am about to move in to another place. That house has set up electricity with some electric company so I will have to close my account with v247 sooner than I expected. But definitely I will refer my friend to use the v247 electricity.

I highly recommend! V247 Power has some of the best rates in the Dallas area. I shopped numerous power companies and have used both big companies and the lesser known companies. V247 Power stands out above the rest for me with their weekly power usage emails that I always read. Great company overall!

I've signed up w/V247 for about 9 months. The rate is great, much cheaper then the previous electric company I signed with. V247 has a great customer service & easy set up payment. I will definitely sign w/V247 again when my contract is up. I highly recommend V247 if you want to save money in the long run.

I love V247 Power. When I needed a new contract 4 months ago, they had the best rates for 12 months and 24 months for apartment dwellers like me, so I signed up for 24 months and relaxed. Their bills are simple and straight forward because all I pay for is the kwh I use that month, and required taxes. No minimums, maximums, or base fees, etc. It was easy to set up my account online, and their website is very easy to navigate to get my paperless bill and balance, and with auto-pay I don't worry about a late payment. I like getting a weekly email with a summary of my usage that week compared to the week before, and it estimates how much my usage and bill will be that month. Very handy. So I get everything I need and more, and I don't need to think about it for 2 years. Home run!

I like this company, because I get charged a very competitive rate regardless of if I use a lot of electricity, or just a little. The other companies I looked at charged a good rate as long as you used 1,000+ Kwh, but a lot more if you used less or much more.
I also have called customer service on a couple of occasions, and their customer service is amazing! Good company, competitive price, and great customer service. I am very happy with this company!
