I give them 2 stars only because of JoAnn! She is amazing when it comes to lashes and eyebrows. I love her, she is so kind and sweet. I only go there just for that nothing else. The prices are very reasonable. The best times to go for lashes and eyebrows is in the beginning of the week, if you try to go on a Friday or Saturday you will be waiting for a while.

The service is not anything extraordinary for a nail salon but some of the staff are definitely more courteous and professional than others. If they're busy dont bother b/c the service will definitely suffer and they'll set unrealistic expectations to sway you into getting a faster or more expensive service

Don't waste your time. I use to love coming to KNails but they have slacked off tremendously. I came for a pedicure and it took her less than 20 mins to do it. She only applied one cost of polish. I feel like she rushed to get me out because the shop was beginning to fill up. I wasted my time or maybe Blush Nail Bar has spoiled me. I doubt it if I will ever come back.
