I went to get a pedicure and the manicurist chopped down too much and cut my nails slanted.. The owner had to fix there mess especial as they messed up my hands shortly after as well. I felt like it was Amateur Night! I use to go there religiously but the new ownership doesn’t seem to live up to the previous owner. I should of got free service for there mistakes!

Cut my foot and took 6 weeks to heal. I had been going to Viva La Nails for about 5 years - sold (3) times during the 5 years. Most of staff doesn't speak English making communication difficult. On my last visit summer of '16 the manicurist couldn't understand anything I said & the other manicurist was translating, very inexperienced and began to scrub my foot and I told her it was hurting, she continued not understanding me. I pulled my foot away and foot was bleeding. Owner was upset, brought antibiotic cream and bandage.& reported to her insurance co. NEVER RETURNED. That person still works there. I suggest you try Bloom Spa. Also, instruments weren't always sterilized. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I asked for a set of tips and whatever they used it burned my finger so badly that I'm still in pain right now(about 2 hours after my appointment). Also after the discomfort they charged me $5 more for burning me. Like seriously you should have waived it knowing the girl painting my toes was on the phone the entire time and that my finger got burned.
