recently just left this place & it sucks! I went in for an acrylic set but was immediately shut down because “no one does acrylic sets anymore” & Amy offered their new “SNS” option & I agreed. As soon as I walked in she judged my nails & made it hard for me to get the desired nails that I wanted. she refused to do the coffin shape because “my nails were too short” which doesn’t make sense because that is my go to shape every time & i get no issues about it. when it was time to pick the color of polish i went for a sheer nude color & she wouldn’t do it because “the edge of my nail would show”. She was not accurate at cutting the nails they were uneven & she argued with me because i didn’t like the way they looked & told me she couldn’t take them off because it was too hard. my nails are uneven & I’ve never been so disappointed. save your time & money do not go this place.

Just left and am mortified by my experience. Judy made my finger bleed by trying to remove excessive glue from the side of the nail. She filed until I was bleeding, then put the file down where Amy picked it up and started to use it on the costumer next to me. 10/10 would not recommend.

I was a walk-in on February 21st, 2018 and wanted to get a refill for acrylic. I immediately get asked if I would change my mind because of their “new” SNS item. I accepted and have been a loyal customer since then. Until today (4/19/18), I walk-in for a second time because of chipped SNS nail powder polish that were only 4 days old. The lady, SUNNY tells me that the reason why she remembered me is because I hadn’t given a tip. She tells me that her workers need that money. Well that means that SUNNY or whoever is manager doesn’t pay fair living wages to their employees. That’s against the law. Meanwhile, not giving a tip isn’t breaking any law SO therefore, SUNNY lost more than another tip, she lost a loyal customer. Also, IDK why Google has the 538 Boston Post Road, Orange, CT. as “Liz’s Nails”. They are actually called “Oh Yes Nail & Spa” (Next to T.J. Maxx & DSW Shoes).

This place is horrible. I went here to get my eyebrows waxed because in the past when I use to live in the area this place was my go to place. The woman that waxed my eyebrows had no idea what she was doing. When I asked her to shape my eyebrows she didn’t even know how to do it. What a waste. Honestly, these people need to hire staff that actually know what their doing.

I got a gift card for Christmas from my mother that gets her nails done there all the time. My mom gets good service so she expected I would get the same. I got a one hour massage and left the place feeling the same. The woman had no idea what she was doing or was being lazy and did not put any effort. They told my mom it included hot stones and it did not. The woman only did my back and legs, and again it was very lazy. I could’ve gotten a better massage from my boyfriend. On top of that, I asked if I could do 30 mins today and 30 mins another time and she said 60 mins is better because a 30 mins massage would be 50$. I was supposedly given a discount but when I looked at their prices on the board it said 30$ Not 50$. All this place wants is money and I won’t be returning.
