I always get great service! But more importantly when I walk in the door Sonny or Bill greets me with a big hello and a smile. They always make me feel so welcome.
There is nothing more important than feeling welcome in a place you go to relax and spend your hard earned money.

Been going for years and I always enjoy the service they provide to their customers. Even after not going for over a year they still recognize you when you walk in the door and remember your preferences. I will continue going here and nowhere else. Absolutely love this place!

Staff was nice but I had my eyebrows waxed with are, as my friends put it, "the eyebrows everyone wants" because they're full... the lady waxed half if not more of them off and then had the audacity to offer tattooing to "make them like mine" which were WAY too big for her face anyway. I thought mine would be shaped correctly, finally, and instead they were cut so small they made my face look fatter. No thanks.
